Jessica Cauchi, M.S., BCBA
Jessica is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. She received her Master of Science degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis from St. Cloud State University in Minneapolis.
She has over 18 years of experience using Applied Behaviour Analysis to teach children, teens, and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Jessica has worked with diverse populations and holds a strong interest in the use of ABA to teach
new skill acquisition and help reduce inappropriate behaviours as is evidenced by her experience in research applying ABA methodologies to various teaching targets and populations.
Jessica has experience providing supervision of staff, training and workshop presentation, and working with families and other professionals to provide high quality, evidence-based services. She is a member of the Ontario Association for Behaviour Analysis, as well ABA international and is familiar with current research as well as government and educational policies for children in Ontario.
Anita Sharma, M.Ed, BCBA
Anita graduated from the University of Toronto with a Masters degree in Education (M.Ed), and also is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).
Anita has been working in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) for over 9 years. She has worked with individuals ranging from 2 to 40 years of age, of different populations within different teaching settings. Anita’s experience includes but is not limited to the development and implementation of behavioural assessments and interventions, skill acquisition program development and review, staff training, and transition into school programs.
Anita has attended a wide variety of workshops and has received training from various board certified professionals, and she is a member of The Ontario Association for Behaviour Analysis (ONTABA).
Alyssa Haughland, M.Ed., BCBA
Alyssa graduated from Arizona State University with a Master’s of Education (M.Ed.) in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). is currently a member of the Ontario association for Behaviour Analysis (ONTABA).
Alyssa has been working in the field of ABA for over 6 years. She has experience applying the principles of ABA in centre, community, school, and home-based settings. Alyssa is proficient in planning, leading and supporting group programs. She also has significant experience with parent, student, and new staff training.
Alyssa is dedicated to improving the lives of the clients and families she works by creating meaningful, socially significant behaviour change using the principles of ABA.
Steffi Thomas, MPEd
Steffi completed her Master of Professional Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Western University and is currently working towards as her Board Certified Behaviour Analyst certification. She is also a member of the Ontario Association for Behaviour Analysis.
Steffi has over 4 years’ experience using Applied Behaviour Analysis to teach children and adolescents with autism in home, centre, and community-based settings. She is experienced in leading and prompting social groups and has assisted in the delivery of workshops to parents and educators. She enjoys training new staff, students and volunteers.
Steffi is passionate about working with families and using evidence-based practices to help children with autism and other developmental disabilities reach their potential.
Jennifer manages many of our administrative tasks in the office including inquiries, scheduling, invoicing and staff support.
As a former Instructor Therapist she brings over 15 years of experience working with children, teens and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. She is dedicated to working with children and has a
strong desire to help families receive the best
service available to them.
