Jessica Cauchi, M.S., BCBA
Jessica is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. She received her Master of Science degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis from St. Cloud State University in Minneapolis.
She has over 18 years of experience using Applied Behaviour Analysis to teach children, teens, and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Jessica has worked with diverse populations and holds a strong interest in the use of ABA to teach new skill acquisition and help reduce inappropriate behaviours as is evidenced by her experience in research applying ABA methodologies to various teaching targets and populations.
Jessica has experience providing supervision of staff, training and workshop presentation, and working with families and other professionals to provide high quality, evidence-based services. She is a member of the Ontario Association for Behaviour Analysis, as well ABA international and is familiar with current research as well as government and educational policies for children in Ontario.
Jennifer manages many of our administrative tasks in the office including inquiries, scheduling, invoicing and staff support.
As a former Instructor Therapist she brings over 15 years of experience working with children, teens and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. She is dedicated to working with children and has a
strong desire to help families receive the best
service available to them.
Alyssa Latulippe, M.Ed., BCBA
Alyssa graduated from Arizona State University with a Master’s of Education (M.Ed.) in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). Alyssa is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and is a current member of the Ontario Association for Behaviour Analysis (ONTABA).
Alyssa has been working in the field of ABA for almost 10 years. She has experience applying the principles of ABA in centre, community, school, and home-based settings. Alyssa is proficient in planning, leading and supporting group programs. She also has significant experience with parent, student, and new staff training.
Alyssa is dedicated to improving the lives of the clients and families she works with by creating meaningful, socially significant behaviour change using the principles of ABA.
Steffi Thomas, MPEd, BCBA
Steffi completed her Master of Professional Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Western University and is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. She is also a member of the Ontario Association for Behaviour Analysis.
Steffi has over 5 years’ experience using Applied Behaviour Analysis to teach children and adolescents with autism in home, centre, and community-based settings. She is experienced in leading and prompting social groups and has assisted in the delivery of workshops to parents and educators. She enjoys training new staff, students and volunteers.
Steffi is passionate about working with families and using evidence-based practices to help children with autism and other developmental disabilities reach their potential.
Raluca Nuta, MA, BCBA
Raluca has her Master’s degree in Applied Disability Studies with a focus on Applied Behaviour Analysis from Brock University, and is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the Ontario Association for Behaviour Analysis and is a member of ABA International.
Raluca has over 4 years’ experience implementing the principles of ABA with children with autism in a variety of settings. Additionally, Raluca has a strong interest in parent training, and teaching parents to implement procedures that will benefit their children and their family in the home environment.
Raluca is passionate about the field of ABA, and is dedicated to implementing evidence-based procedures to increase functional skills and decrease challenging behaviours in children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
